Parsley Hummus

1 can chickpeas

1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley

3 garlic cloves

3 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp sunflower butter or tahini

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp ground pepper

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

1 tsp salt

2-3 tbsp cold water

Rinse the ckickpeas, drain.

Use food processor to mince garlic. Add remaining ingredients (add water to desired consistency).

Use on sandwiches, wraps, or as a dip!
